Oral Presentations
- The time allocated for your presentation is 20 minutes (including questions).
- An Audio-Visual office will be available and presenters are encouraged to download presentations at least 2 sessions their time-slot. For all A/V queries, please contact Lawrence Bbosa (lawrence.bbosa@uct.ac.za)
Short Oral Presentations (with Poster)
- The Short Oral presentation time allocated is 6 minutes with a maximum of 4 or 5 slides. This short presentation is essentially an opportunity to draw the attention of delegates to your Research Poster which will be on display throughout the Conference.
- Posters may be hung as soon as you register for the conference
- A Formal Poster Session will be held on Thursday 5 August 2010 from 16.15 -17.15.
- A prize will be awarded for the best student poster
- Posters must be no more than 900mm wide and approx 1200mm high. Velcro will be provided for hanging your poster
Poster only Presentations
- Posters maybe hung as soon as you register for the conference
