DELEGATES registering for Mineral Processing 2012 must complete:
- Conference Registration Form (to follow)
- Acommodation Reservation Form ( to follow)
When registering for Mineral Processing 2012
- Submit Registration Form on-line
- Do NOT attach payment with initital registration submission
- Delegates will receive confirmation of receipt of registration together with an invoice for fees payable
- SAIMM, Westrn Cape Branch bank details will be on this invoice so that Electronic transfers and direct deposits can be made
- Receipts of payment will be e-mailed to delegates
- Cancellations may be made before 4 July 2012 (an administration fee of R 300 will be charged) After this date cancellations may not be made but substitutions will be accepted
- Registration fee includes attendance at Technical Sessions, Book of Abstracts, all refreshments and attendance at the COnference Dinner

REGISTRATION FEES:Prepayment is required for all Registration Fees on receipt of invoice. Delegates who have not paid or have proof of payment will be unable to attend. Credit Card payments will be accepted at the conference
